    Prices too high for this small speaker. Price shouldve been in the range of 40-50 dollars.

    I can’t review an item Best Buy refuses to send me

    Kind of hard to write a review when I still haven’t received said item. I placed my order on December 3rd. Last update was December 5th with a notice that my item is delayed. Contacted Best Buy on December 12th. They said they would send a replacement and to check for an email and gave me a confirmation number. Email never came. I contacted Best Buy again on the 14th. I was told it was under investigation and that it could take 3-5 days. Contacted again on the 18th. Told it was still under investigation. I just needed to wait. We are now in the 27th with still no updates of when I will receive this product. Very upsetting!!! AND I was still charged for the item on my card. So I have paid for a product I have yet to receive!

    I feel like the previous clip model was way louder than this model which surprise me since this was a newer model

    I think it’s junk the way it sounds is good just like one from $5 below I wouldn’t buy it again

    Lasted 4 days. No sound. Registered my clip 4 with JBL and I can't find it under my account. Best Buy is an hour away so I will be out of my 30 day return window. Sounded nice for a few days though...

      Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help with your JBL Clip 4. Make sure all media types are ticked for the Bluetooth pairing (Phone, Media, etc.). You can find this setting by selecting your unit on your device’s Bluetooth menu. You can also try different sources to further isolate the issue. We also recommend doing a factory reset by pressing and holding 'Volume+' together with 'Play/Pause' for more than 2 seconds. The speaker will power off and is now reset. If the issue remains, please contact JBL Customer Support. JBL

    Sound ok , battery could be alots better not very loud but for the size it alright

If the issue persists, power cycle your speaker by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the speaker is not plugged into a power source.     Good Sound- Bad Power Button Placement

    Nice little Bluetooth speaker, however, the power button is on the back corner, and its WAY too easy to accidentally turn off...other than that, it would be 4 or 5 stars.

    I dont recommend. I paid $80+ and have purchased generic amazon speakers for less than $30 that deliver better sound quality.

For our JBL Clip 4, we recommend connecting it to a different source device, as various devices (phones, tablets, etc.) can behave differently. Some may have very loud outputs, while others can be significantly lower, even at maximum volume. You might try using an equalizer in your music application to adjust the sound to your preference.     Did not like the fact that this product said long battery lasting but not at all truth! On my bike rides this JBL speaker only lasts as much as 2 hours and bam it's off to recharge again... Very disappointed because I've wasted money for that speaker now it's just been sitting in my drawer for the last year....

In addition, note that the battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime.
