Good Sound, No Volume Adjustment

The problem I found is that there was no volume adjustment. And the instructions - if you want to call them instructions - that comes with these headphones is almost useless. So sound-wise they are very good and the noise cancellation is decent, but the user-friendliness is not good enough for me.
