    These headphones are miserable. They are not intuitive in terms of use and the Bluetooth just doesn’t connect randomly. You spend 15 minutes just trying to get it to connect only to not have time to listen to anything by the time you figure it out. Don’t bother.

    JbL is known for its good sounding speakers but unfortunately they fell short on this one..Dont get me wrong they did soumd good but not for its purpose only because when yoi would go under water the Bluetooth woild cut out all the time and because extremely frustrating

To use our JBL Endurance Dive while swimming, you should use the MP3 mode instead of Bluetooth as mentioned in the Quick Start Guide.     Bought his so I'd have a wireless headset to use for mowing and running. Could never get it to work at all after many attempts, u-tube videos, etc. Finally returned item in exchange for a Sandisk bluetooth MP3.

    These things are way to short dropped then many times having to back track to try to find them. These might be good for smaller people but for me i was very unhappy with them

    I purchased these for the wife so she could use them while swimming. Extremly hard to lock into mp3 mode, and the sound quality was poor. They were also uncomfortable but that is always a personal preference when you have in ear headsets.

    Worst product ever. Tech support has no idea about this product. Will not work in the pool. I bought 3 of these and returned ever single one. All had a defect. Do not buy if you want to use this for swimming.

      Since Bluetooth does not work under water. The Endurance DIVE however has a built-in MP3 player for music, and is IPX7 waterproof. It can be locked before going into the water to avoid unwanted user inputs. To lock it, tap once on the JBL logo of the right earbud, then place your finger on the logo again, and hold it there for 5 seconds. A confirmation tone can be heard from the headphones when locking takes place. To unlock, close the power hook. JBL

    Worst quality for swimming

    So delicate that I couldn’t even start swimming. The touch part is very sensitive. I’m very disappointed because I bought this very excited that I was going to be able to swimm hearing music.

    I could not get this device to function properly when swimming laps in the pool. The lack of actual buttons makes it very difficult and it's challenging to put it into 'water proof' mode.

    It turned off at random, constantly refused to turn back on, and only connected to my iPhone once in a blue when it did turn on!

    Not great for everyday use, wire to short. Definitely ok for working out but not general use. It was kind of hard to connect had to return.

    Save your money. Bought these more expensive headphones assuming that they would hold up better than the cheaper ones. They did not. Battery life is also terrible.

    every time i tried to put them on they would disconnect or hang up on someone. hurt my ears and just plain awful. Didn't keep them 24 hrs.
