Great but….
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m on my second pair and they’ve both had the exact same issue. The charging points in the case always permanently depress and prevent one of the earbuds from charging rendering having a pair useless. The sound quality is excellent and they are great for sweaty workouts but it’s the charging case that can’t handle the long road.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Peak 3 TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, earwax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dry before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. I like the over the ear fit, way more secure than other brands I've tried, doesn't come out of the ear canal nearly as much. The biggest problem by far is that you can't tell if they are charging. I can figure out if the first one I put on the case is charging because the case LED flashes. But there's no ongoing indicator of charge status per earbud. I have had several times in the short time I've owned it to one of the earbuds being dead with the other one at 100%> My old JBL wireless earbuds had an LED indicator on the earbuds that told me if they were charging. If I didn't have to pay a restocking fee I would return them for this one reason.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Headphones App supports our JBL Endurance Peak 3 and allows you to view the battery percentage of each earbud and the charging case. To properly charge your earbuds, we advise charging them for longer than two hours.

At home I use Sony wired headphones because the sound is much superior than Bluetooth headphones.
