Not waterproof

I wore them one time while sweating and now the right one has low volume. Ive had this pair for over a month. The sound has been good until i wore then while sweating.

Posted .We're here to help with your with your JBL Endurance Peak 3. Dust or debris can block the ear tip screen and cause low volume. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue persists, please contact us at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat - Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST)

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Endurance Peak 3, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer like JBL Headphones App on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Terrible volume control

If you want to be able to control volume you have to download the app and then switch one of the headphones to one tap for volume increase and two taps to decrease. There is no way to quickly change volume on these and the tap is in poor spots that make it difficult to use when running. One use and I will be returning these. Horrible decision to remove volume control.
