I’m not sure if I got a defective model, But the packaging is so tight I had to tear it apart, so it was not suitable to return. They were also extremely uncomfortable to wear.

We highly recommend using the Ambient aware & Talk Thru feature whenever you're on a call, we also recommend trying different eartips sizes. To produce the best sound our JBL Endurance peak 3 is compatible with our JBL Headphone App, we highly recommend using it to modify the Equalizer settings to produce the sound the way you wanted. They are ok but rather bulky and none of the ear cushions fit my ear making it hurt. I had to use my old cushions to make it tolerable.
