They don't fit properly, or maybe its's the shape of my ears. Hmmm..but either way, I'm returning them. The volume level is low and they're way too bulky.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on our JBL Endurance Peak 3. We understand that this product's fit didn't meet your expectations. To get the best audio response and comfortability with the earbuds, please try the different ear tip sizes that perfectly seal and fit into your ear. Angle the ear tip slightly downward and gently twist the earbud to fit securely. In addition, the earbuds can be susceptible to moist or deep-seated dirt that blocks the screen of the earbuds. To reduce the likelihood of experiencing low volume, clean the earbuds by removing the dirt after each use, using a pointed toothpick to remove large amounts, and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. If you need more help, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance. JBL

I’ll start by saying, I’ve been a fan of JBL for years. I have my second JBL sub in my SUV and two of JBL’s portable speakers. These earbuds were a complete waste of $100 though. Bought them as a Xmas gift for my fiancé for the gym and he got a whole 3 weeks of use out of them. The left one has zero sound coming out of it and the sound in the rignt is just... yuck. Just in time for Best Buy to not take them back.

We appreciate your feedback. This is not the experience that we want you to have with our products. We're always looking for ways to improve. We'll make sure to pass this along to our development team. Your JBL Endurance Peak 3 may experience no sound issue due to issue with dust/dirt/debris blocking the ear tip screen, balance control in your source device (music player app/headphone app/source device). We suggest cleaning the ear tips by removing dust and wax using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, as well as the balance control on your music player app. Lastly, initiate reset. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. If the issue persists, please be informed that all our products come with a one-year warranty. To file a claim and assist you with the replacement, please contact our customer support at (877) 871-6755 / Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (ET) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET). JBL

This is my second owir in 2 about 6 months and after about 2 months the same left ear keeps messing up. The first pair the left side woukdnt hold a charge after 2 months, bought a second pair thinking i just had a bad pair and now the left ear is barely playing any audio. 1/10. Do not recommend at all. The biggest waste of $200 ive ever spent in my entire life. Go to dollar general buy 2 cups and some string and will probably work better than these piece of junk headohones. Extremely dissapointed as i love JBL.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Endurance Peak 3. You may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as foreign matter on the metal charging contacts may affect the charging process. For the issue with the sound imbalance. First, try the various ear tip sizes to create the best seal and audio performance. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings and music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last step is to clean the ear tips. Cleaning the ear tips is something that should occur on a fairly regular basis. When wearing in-ear, because of the seal that is created, our ear canals can get moist and develop dirt and debris. The screen in front of the ear tip is extremely small and can get blocked by this debris. When it gets blocked, the sound is unable to pass through the screen. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST) JBL

JBL messed up on this one! Very weak sound. Connectivity…not good at all. If you can’t improve something just stick with what you know! Bring back the buttons! These are supposed to be fitness earphones after all!

Thanks for your feedback. If one bud of your JBL Endurance Peak 3 has no sound, you can try manually pairing the earbuds by putting the buds from their charging case and removing them again. You can also do a reset with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. If the problem is with the right earbud not charging, please try cleaning the contact points on the case and right earbud to see if it will charge. If the issue persists, please be informed that all our products come with a one-year warranty. To file a claim and assist you with the replacement, please contact us at (877) 871-6755 / Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (ET) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET). JBL

Right earbud becomes much quieter than left

After a couple of months of use, the right earbud became noticeably quieter than the left. Changing my phone’s settings and the troubleshooting steps JBL provided did not solve the issue, so they sent me a replacement pair. After a similar period of time, that pair also began showing the same issue.

I hate to give forward reviews but on this product it is deserved unfortunately. These units whether I keep them charged 24 hours 48 hours 72 hours etc do not want to stay charged they run out of energy quickly the ambient touch on the earbuds cut in and out so there's always like some static sound in my ears even when I'm playing music. Super disappointed.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 does not include a noise cancelling feature, which is why you're hearing sounds from your surroundings. If you're interested in our earbuds with noise cancelling capabilities, we recommend trying our newer models like the JBL Tune Beam 2 and JBL Tune Buds 2. JBL
