Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Peak 3. To isolate the issue, please try these steps. First, 'forget' your unit on your device and pair them again. Next, try pairing it with another source device to see if the issue lies with your device. Lastly, try resetting it by tapping the earbuds twice and holding the button on the third tap for more than five seconds, while it is powered on and not charging. You may need to 'forget' it on your device to pair them again. Please contact us for further assistance.
