I might be me- they were better when I took off the pads so the sit as far in my ear as possible, but still not good. When I let them sit naturally, the sound was very tinny. I tried to like them but returned them. I’m a longtime JBL fan. But these weren’t for me. Probably because of the shape of my ears.

Good quality, one really bad flaw

I like the over the ear fit, way more secure than other brands I've tried, doesn't come out of the ear canal nearly as much. The biggest problem by far is that you can't tell if they are charging. I can figure out if the first one I put on the case is charging because the case LED flashes. But there's no ongoing indicator of charge status per earbud. I have had several times in the short time I've owned it to one of the earbuds being dead with the other one at 100%> My old JBL wireless earbuds had an LED indicator on the earbuds that told me if they were charging. If I didn't have to pay a restocking fee I would return them for this one reason.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Headphones App supports our JBL Endurance Peak 3 and allows you to view the battery percentage of each earbud and the charging case. To properly charge your earbuds, we advise charging them for longer than two hours.

The noise is so bad, I can't wear them while biking. I may try different ways to block the air, but am not optimistic anything will help.
