    Rude when it comes with replacement

    Overall it is worst defective piece I got and when asked at best buy they said they won’t replace and no refund even within 30day period, instead forced me to apply for membership. And told me to call JBL and claim instead replacing defective piece. So rude of them

    They don't sit well in my ears. I feel I should have spent more money on higher quality headphones

      This is not what we want you to experience with our JBL Endurance Peak 3. Feel free to choose your preferred size of eartips that can fit in your ear as they are exchangeable. Also, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.     I would’ve thought being jbl it would have better sound but it was extremely hollow sounding. Returned an hour later

    Compared to my other JBL products the sound was horrible. The comfort of this product is terrible.

    Horrible bought them 1/19/25 used in gym for 2 weeks and one of the buds can’t hear anymore don’t waste your money.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. With sound issue, reset can help resolve the issue. Make sure that the earbuds are not connected to any Bluetooth. Press either the left or right earbud three (3) times then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put back both earbuds inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed, and connect them again to your device. Forget the JBL Endurance Peak 3 on the Bluetooth list of your source device before pairing again as reset would default all the settings of your earbuds. Our unit comes with 1 year manufacturer's warranty upon purchase. Please contact us directly for further assistance. JBL

    Didn’t Work for Answering Calls

    Unfortunately I had to return these headphones. They worked well with music but when answering calls on my iPhone 15, there was a constant static sounds.

To fit the hook, gently twist the earbud as you push it into your ear until it sits at an angle, with the wing tip tucked into the outer ridge of your ear. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please clean the contact points of your earbuds and the charging case to resolve the issue.     Worst headphones I've ever owned in my life 3 to 5 times a day constantly repairing they turn out and off and they want and never buy another JBL product again

Next, try refresh pairing; turn off your unit and unpair them from your device. Reboot your device and try pairing them again.     Very uncomfortable and the sound quality is terrible. The $100.00 price tag is a joke. I’ve owned $20.00 skull candy earbuds that were far better than these. Very disappointed and will steer clear from anything JBL.

    Have bought twice in less than 6 months and both times they messed up the sound in the right ear went dull or completely gone within a month both times
