They're good. I work outside, so i need something that doest get ruined after i get caught in the rain. It does take some time to get used to them because the plastic ear hook puts more pressure on my ears than other headphones like these and the active noise is really sensitive if you brush them in the wrong way it makes a really loud noise so i recommend turning it off

Great product. Bought them for my kids 11th birthday. She can use them in her new trampoline and they dont fall out. With the added passthrough incam talk to her with no loss of communication.

They are easy to use with touch commands. They are durable and they have not fallen out yet. The sound is very good and can still be enjoyed with the active listening feature.

Stay in my ears, great noise cancelation, excellent battery life, and can handle any run or gym workout.

They were amazing until they werent. I loved my jbls for the first 4 months until they suddenly started not working. The volume levels seemed to drop and are still extremely low even when my phone is at hogh volume. I can hear virtually nothing from my left earbud. I've tried cleaning them, repairing them, pluggimg them in to charge, and nothing seems to work. Which makes me so sad because I loved these!! Id hate to spend another $100+ on a pair just for them to not work in another 4 months.

Audio delay is pretty bad, looks to be close to 1/2 a second. Feels a little more low end heavy on sound. The eartips don't isolate very well, even with ambient aware turned off. They stay in the ears very well during runs and bumpy bicycling. Hard to beat the Shure BT2 I had before this.

They fit good on my ears, are very comfortable and sound great! This is a very good purchase and I would definitely recommend them.

Can use in a pool, but when I went underwater with them, the signal cut out. You can definitely get them wet, but I wouldn’t submerge them and expect them to keep working. They did begin working after being out of the water for a couple minutes.

Seems very expensive. Honestly, you dont get much besides the fact that is never falls out of my ear. The sound is ok. The noise canceling in nonexistent. The ambjant aware mode is cool but when are you going to need that? Battery lasts forever. Havent charged the case once in 2 months, and its still at over 50%. For this price I'd expect a bit more.
