Great set of headphones

Turns out the default ear piece cushions that came out of the box that go into the ear were not the correct size for me. Good thing the box does include extra additional sizes. Once I changed them sound quality is great, bass and treble sound awesome, the app also has great pre set options .

The only issue I have with them is my ears. I cannot put them deep in my ears because I have small canals and even though I can turn and somewhat lock them in, when I lay down I have to re-adjust and then again when I get up again. If the wired hook was more shapable throughout, it would get all the stars.

Good sound poor design on carry case

It has an excellent grip system for people who are constantly moving. However, the sound quality is midrange compared to other earbuds even though it has incredible features to bring an experience accordingly with its price.
