Sound was glitchy, it would go in and out sometimes.

These have been way better than the two pairs of AirPod Pros that I have bought over the last couple of years. The sound is terrific when playing music and I think the mic is much better for work calls than AirPods.

I don't understand how you can market headphones to be waterproof when they clearly are not. These headphones are not built for physical activity and sweat, despite the fact that they are advertised that way. Mine broke within less than 3 months. The volume on both headphones is muffled and extremely low, and there's nothing I can do about it. These 'waterproof' headphones gave in when faced with the slightest exposure to sweat. This product is an absolute pathetic money grab and JBL should be ashamed. I am using my warrantee since these headphones broke. Very safe to say I will not be buying anymore JBL 'workout' headsets.

Comfortable. Not as loud as other ear buds I’ve had .

I'm sure these are wonderful, but if your ears are swiss cheese from glorious beautiful piercings; they hurt. (I have 20 ear piercings)

Don't usually like these but these ar the best wouldn't hesitate to recommend these to anybody I actually bought a pair for my sister and wife a bought three pairs and counting

Just simple .If you want not expensive earbuds for gym and every day use that doesn’t break your wallet with good over all performance then this is perfect.

JBL is a trusted brand that I have been using for most of my life, I have tried other brands in the past but always end up going back to JBL. They are a great price and quality!

Great item to have. Only issue is, it will block out the noise while listening to music but once you have a call you can hear all back ground noises.

I have been using this ear piece with any issue, I will recommend this piece to anyone.

Not like higher end buds, but functionally, sounds, purpose, comforts was worth the price, and design is well worth the price.

I used to buy cheap bluetooth earbuds. They were *okay* but rarely lasted a long time. I finally invested in these JBLs and couldn't be happier. I will never own a cheap pair of earbuds again.

They have a little thump that I like, the noise canceling is decent, but at the price point I didn't expect the best ever. I think they're on par with the Power Beats at a better price.

Great connectivity and quality of sound. I use these for going to the gym, but it can be used to do calls, Teams meetings and others.

Sound quality is good, but takes some time getting used to the over the ear.

Love that it stays in whenever Im at work and moving around. It never fall out. Even when I work out. Plugs my ears well.
