    Great sounding and charger is great. But the sound gets really quiet if you don’t adamantly clean them. Never had this issue before

    Pretty good earbuds, though would be very nice if gesture controls could be used in mono mode, a lot of people keep one in for calls instead of using both all the time

    I really love the fit of these earbuds compared to the dozens that I have owned over the years. The only problem is that the sound quality isn't that great.

    Husband likes this headphones better than the AirPods. Husband works outside and the AirPods would fall off. Not these!

      Thank you for providing your feedback on our JBL Endurance Peak 3. We understand that its fit and sound didn't meet your expectations. This unit comes with S/M/L ear tips. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Alternatively, you can try other ear tips from third-party retailers that will fit your ear. If you need more help, please contact JBL Customer Support. JBL
