Great customer service help me finding what i need it

Wished I returned them sooner. They are not noise cancelling. Do not use these fir phone conversations unless your background is completely silent.

Great product and good battery life. Would buy again.

Finally! Cost effective, stays on both my ears and the Ambient Aware really works well. I like to be able to hear my surroundings while I listen to my music and this does a perfect job of both. Highly recommend.

JBL Endurance Peak 3. Drops connection after about an hour of use it becomes unstable.

These are great earbuds. Key point for me is thay they have a dedicated off switch. Most true wireless earbuds rely on connecting to their case for turning off, and if those contacts don't connect properly or become disconnected it causes issues. These work well though for all cases I've used them in.

These earphones initially out the box seemed good, but after putting them through a weeks worth of working out and also just trying to basic hold a conversation over the phone with these are impossible bad connection and I expected more from the brand JBL especially priced over $110

I use these headphones primarily for working out, not bad, good quality, & are secured around the ear. The issues I’ve experienced is the audio breaking up as if there’s a shortage. Also, these headphones aren’t great when talking on the phone. The audio isn’t consistent, it goes in & out as if I’m losing service but once I switch to talking on speaker, the call is fine, clear as day. Overall, I don’t regret the purchase, they do what I need them to do but the connection could be more consistent

It holds on ear good enough while you are running. It would have been better if it had noice canceling.

I love these headphones the only problem I am having that it slips out my ears if i don't put them in right, but overall great headphones to have.

Great fit. But sound quality was disappointing. Not what I was expecting for the price point.

Doesn’t get loud enough. No bass. They stayed on good but also super tight..

I dont care for how the touch controls are. If you are trying to put them on or adjust them, you can accidentally activate a control.

Left ear bud went out within a single month of use, they loose a lot of volume within that first month as well, wouldn’t say these will make it to two months of use. Battery life is about all these are good for nothing else good to say about them.

for the name, JBL these really aren’t that good. At least with iOS. The connection is fine as far as it connected to Bluetooth, but you have to disconnect and reconnect because the volume will be faint regardless of the volume control setting. The aware/talk through is very basic. Almost like a hybrid microphone and ear muffs. For the price you would expect better deeming the speakers that are priced the same is exponentially superior to these.

These fit well, battery life is great, but even with the app the sound feels lacking to me. I've tried creating my own custom soundscape but the sound feels wooden to me.

A bit disappointed by these earbuds. The on/off button is located behind the ear which makes it difficult to access on purpose but perfect for accidental taps. The sound quality was lacking and they were not comfortable to wear. I expected more for the price tag. In the end, I ended up returning them and purchasing another brand.

The product has been good up untill now where one of my speaker had died. I am working with the warrant for them now. So lets see how they are but its looking good so far

These earphones are great, i've used jbl products in past and they haven't let me down. The ambient mode is a great addition for whenever you need to be aware of your surroundings when you wear them and i enjoy this feature alot.
