    I like the features on these but the sound is not very good. Not good bass at all. And some songs sound horrid on them. Wish i had done more research bedore buying these.

    Kept unpairing. Sound quality was nice but only meh after having Powerbeats and Sony earbuds. I returned them. Call quality was less than mid.

    This is my 2nd pair. I upgraded to this one. The first ones will not connect to charge. Unfortunately, I am out of warranty. I plan to see if old ones will charge in new charge box.

    bought this item and could not get the volume to adjust. Returned it to Best Buy for a replacement set. Same problem. Returned that set for Apple Ear Pods pro
