Posted .Thanks for your feedback. One of the common reasons for low volume is dust/dirt/debris blocking the ear tip screen. We recommend cleaning it using a cotton swab of alcohol. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, the next thing to check is the balance control. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, music player app; commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and on the JBL Headphones App. Also, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. We need to determine if the problem is in the device or the headphones. Try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Endurance Peak 3, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

You have to physically hold them and no matter what I do I can barely hear the music in on ear because of an imperfect fit. Sounds good when you hold it in right.

I'm sure some people love it, but it wasn't for me. I have a really hard time getting them into the ear pockets and staying over the ear. Going back to regular ear buds.

They were not soundproof and even after downloading and messing with the app, it was impossible to create an environment that drowned out the external noise. They did not fit around the ear ergonomically and the only way to get them to have a decent seal was to turn them sideways which made them lose all of their ability to stay in your ear. I tried to bring them back to Best Buy in order to exchange for something else, but was refused. Would not recommend, would not waste your money.
