    The bass was not good on this even with the equalizer on the phone. Really like them other than the sound.

    Sound quality for the price doesn’t seem correct, I own a pair of $60 wireless airbuds that have a way better sound

    I hate to give forward reviews but on this product it is deserved unfortunately. These units whether I keep them charged 24 hours 48 hours 72 hours etc do not want to stay charged they run out of energy quickly the ambient touch on the earbuds cut in and out so there's always like some static sound in my ears even when I'm playing music. Super disappointed.

      This is not what we want you to experience with our JBL Endurance Peak 3. Feel free to choose your preferred size of eartips that can fit in your ear as they are exchangeable. Also, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.     Sound is too 'tinny', hard to get much bass even with the eq adjustments in the app. In all other aspects, great.

    Horrible bought them 1/19/25 used in gym for 2 weeks and one of the buds can’t hear anymore don’t waste your money.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. With sound issue, reset can help resolve the issue. Make sure that the earbuds are not connected to any Bluetooth. Press either the left or right earbud three (3) times then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put back both earbuds inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed, and connect them again to your device. Forget the JBL Endurance Peak 3 on the Bluetooth list of your source device before pairing again as reset would default all the settings of your earbuds. Our unit comes with 1 year manufacturer's warranty upon purchase. Please contact us directly for further assistance. JBL

    Overall it is worst defective piece I got and when asked at best buy they said they won’t replace and no refund even within 30day period, instead forced me to apply for membership. And told me to call JBL and claim instead replacing defective piece. So rude of them

    Didn’t Work for Answering Calls

    Unfortunately I had to return these headphones. They worked well with music but when answering calls on my iPhone 15, there was a constant static sounds.
