Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 comes in different ear tip sizes that can help the headphones fit more comfortably. To fit the hook, gently twist the earbud as you push it into your ear until it sits at an angle, with the wing tip tucked into the outer ridge of your ear. JBL Endurance Peak 3 earbuds

The $100.00 price tag is a joke. I’ve owned $20.00 skull candy earbuds that were far better than these. Very disappointed and will steer clear from anything JBL.

Not happy

Firstly, check the balance and equalizer (EQ) settings on your device or within the JBL Headphones App. Next, try to pair them with different devices. Lastly, resetting may help fix the issue; with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. Horrible ear buds

Don't waste your money.

I've only had my JBL endurance peak 3 for 3 months and can't use them. They keep unpairing or go into silent mode every time I'm on the phone. Don't waste your money.

It has a maximum Bluetooth range of 10–15 meters, with no large objects blocking the line of sight. Also please forget pairing on all previous Source Device it was connected to, then re-pair. Sounds good if they fit properly

I would not recommend it for small ears or tragus piercing.

Poor purchase

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 does not have an active noise cancellation. It relies on passive isolation to block out external noises. While it offers good noise isolation, particularly with the ear tips that create a tight seal, it may not completely block out the noise. The effectiveness of the noise isolation will also depend on the volume of your music and the level of noise or echo produced in the background. First, to get the best audio response, create a tight seal in your ear by gently twisting the earbuds and angle the ear tip slightly downward. Next, check the balance control on your device's settings and your EQ settings. If the issue remains, try connecting your unit to other devices. For the battery issue, please know that it's possible that the battery is losing its capacity. Volume and usage can affect the battery's life. In addition, please know that the battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime of 50 hours.
