For our JBL Endurance Peak 3, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

Not a big fan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these maybe 6 months. The right earbud will not pair anymore. I've tried to factory reset multiple times. I will just go back with overhead headphones. The sound quality wasn't the best either.

First, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then manually pair the two earpieces together by putting them back in the charging case and taking them out at the same time. Next, reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Stay away from JBL
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was my second pair of JBL earbuds. The first pair, I thought I just got a lemon. Happens. Second pair - same exact problems. After a few weeks, they start to display the issues. Pairing is inconsistent, one or the other fails to take/hold a charge, one just stops working. Then, a few months in, they just stop working. And the sounds they make on pairing and connection…SO annoying. Don’t buy anything from this company.

1 month in and right earbud gives out
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1 month of use maybe 5 times a week for about 1.5 hours each use for workout, right earbud already went out with minimal to no sound coming out. All sound coming mainly from left earbud, sound wuality not all that great either. Don’t recommend.

JBL earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They were good for a month or so until I had sound issues with one earbud. I used them to workout & I'm almost certain sweat ruined my earbuds. I exchanged these 2 or 3 times.

No good
