I am writing this review for people who have the "infamous" left ear problem.......I spent hours trying to find the solution for these specific ones online and couldn't find it.... I mean this might not be the solution for everyone, but I was very ecstatic when I was able to fix my 100$ earbuds.. What you are doing is "factory resetting" your earbuds. 1a) pull apart left earpiece and make sure its clean of debris, earwax etc. 1b) Unpair earbuds from w/e you normally use 2) Place earbuds in charging case 3) Press and hold both "buttons" on both earpieces. (JBL letters on earpieces) 4) Hold until white LED indicators on earbuds show up, I personally held them until the white LEDs turned on, blinked a few times and then turned off) 5) Re-pair to w/e you use. I personally don't use the app because of the permissions it requires to be used. If you have done the above and factory reset them and still having audio issues, I would suggest returning them and/or throwing away >.< But overall, these headphones are amazing and I do recommend them 100%

JBL could improve the ability to submerge yourself into water with these, instead of immediately recognizing a tapping command when going under water. Still a good quality headphone with great sound repro and eq adj.

I have some none over ear JBL earbuds do like the sound better on those as less base on this. Did buy as those fell out on me and these do not so do stay in during reps.

Really great quality for the price, good material etc. Fits on the ear kind of weird for me, but the person I bought it for didn't have any complaints! Worthy gift item.

There were a birthday present dpr my son and he loves them! The sound is pretty good and for him they're perfect. There's a couple features ir like to see but they aren't for me lol I'm very happy with this purchase!

I love these ear buds. The battery last long,they are lightweight and sometimes i don't know when they are on my ear. Just love them

Kind of bug but great for the price. Super long battery life and they never fall out of my ears. The ambient sound modes arent great but at this price its a great deal.

Love these headphones they work well especially with the JBL app adds to the experience!!
