Earphone not fitting correctly

You have to be careful touching them, you’ll mess up the volume, settings, etc if not. Both don’t charge at the same rate either, which may be a problem if it continues.

I work in tower industry and maintain T-Mobiles network phila market. These are much needed for outside phone calls. Great quality and cool. Great for the job! Please issue me 400 dollar gift card!!!
