The only issue I have with them is my ears. I cannot put them deep in my ears because I have small canals and even though I can turn and somewhat lock them in, when I lay down I have to re-adjust and then again when I get up again. If the wired hook was more shapable throughout, it would get all the stars.

They always connect to my iPhone 12 and I like how they automatically turn off when removing them. Also that they magnetically connect (without the case) so they stay put in your pocket better. They won’t fall off your ear and rotate in pretty well and secure. But I have small ears and the pod will position more as a ‘seal’ snuggly covering my ear, rather then going inside it. So if you have small ears - keep that in mind. I’m fine with it and in some ways probably better for hearing health but I could see others w smaller ears wanting the pod part going in more. I own JBL speakers and decided to try their earbuds. glad I did!

The earbuds after being worn for a while they do make your ears hurt which is a major issue for me because I wear mine for a long periods during the day. Also, when the Bluetooth battery is weak you can’t hear people and the malfunction not allowing you to connect.

The charging points in the case always permanently depress and prevent one of the earbuds from charging rendering having a pair useless. The sound quality is excellent and they are great for sweaty workouts but it’s the charging case that can’t handle the long road.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Peak 3 TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, earwax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dry before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly.
