Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Endurance Peak 3, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer like JBL Headphones App on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. If you need more help, please contact our customer support. JBL

My dog ate my prior ones (beats) i however always liked jbl and figured since they were about 60 bucks cheaper, i went with them. They are ok but rather bulky and none of the ear cushions fit my ear making it hurt. I had to use my old cushions to make it tolerable.

We're here to help with your with your JBL Endurance Peak 3. Dust or debris can block the ear tip screen and cause low volume. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue persists, please contact us at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat - Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST) JBL
