We highly recommend using the Ambient aware & Talk Thru feature whenever you're on a call, we also recommend trying different eartips sizes. To produce the best sound our JBL Endurance peak 3 is compatible with our JBL Headphone App, we highly recommend using it to modify the Equalizer settings to produce the sound the way you wanted.
