I downloaded the app, and tried all the settings. First time i used them was on a flight. Sound is hollow even with the bass boosted. Noise canceling is non existent. I turned the noise canceling on and off during the flight and there was little to no difference with the drone of the plane engines. Could hardly hear the music. AND the app drained my phone battery. Cant wait to return them.

Posted .Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our JBL Headphones app requires very little power to operate, so it should not be draining your phone's battery. Regarding the sound quality, we recommend trying the different ear tip sizes to ensure a perfect seal in your ear canal, or trying to connect them to a different device to see if that fixes the issue. You can also reset the earbuds by tapping either the left or right earbud three times, holding the third tap for 5 seconds.
