There was a problem with the left earbud losing sound but I went to YouTube and found a tutorial on how to fix the problem. The only thing I would like is to have more info about operating the buds in the paperwork that comes with the earbuds but I think everything electronic relies on YouTube videos.

JBL puts out an excellent product regardless of the version. Got them on sale and at half the price of the newer version 2. Highly recommend for being sold at a discount.

People say i sound far away or that my conversation cuts in and out. I use them for the gym now and returned to my previous brand that was cheaper and work awesome.
