The problem is connectivity via Bluetooth. First try to my phone was easy-second try to my IPad required a lengthy call to JBL. They knew the issue and showed me how to hard reset. I still haven’t been able to connect to my PC-but I was unwilling to sit on the phone again!!

Even when using both earbuds, the volume for phone calls is extremely low. Will most likely be returning these in the near future.

Posted .Clean the earbuds by removing dust and dirt after each use, using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. Try dipping the affected earbud tip into a solution of lukewarm tap water and a small amount of dish soap (washing up liquid). The earbud tip should only be put into the liquid up to a maximum depth of 1-2 mm only. Keep the earbud tip in the water for about 2-3 minutes, then wipe/clean the grille with a small brush (such as a toothbrush). The should remove the dirt and resolve the volume/balance issues. The sound quality for this price point is sad. Virtually no bass and midrange is lacking. I $12 earplugs have better sound. They lack clear clean sound I expect from brand. Don’t waste your money.

Crisp sound, not a lot of Bass
