Thanks for your feedback. Always have a clear line of sight between your headphones and source device (Smartphone/tablet/PC, etc.). Be aware of obstacles in front of your devices. Try to shutdown products that have Bluetooth, but are not being used. They are often the reason for interference even though they are not being used. Do not stand too close to your Wi-Fi router since a Wi-Fi signal is stronger and in many cases will "overlap" the connection. Be aware of walls around you. Concrete and brick walls will often interrupt the signal, as it cannot pass through such thick walls. Bluetooth signals cannot travel through water, which includes the human body. Make sure with Wireless Headphones to keep your Source device and the receiver on the same side of your body. Open spaces such as parks can cause issues for your devices, as open air is "bad" for any Bluetooth signal if it cannot reflect from objects around you. We appreciate your feedback. Bluetooth typically performs well within a 30-foot range, but walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. If you experience dropouts within 10 feet, there may be interference. To resolve the issue with your JBL Endurance Peak II, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the earbuds on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset your unit, first make sure that the case is not charging, tap the right earbud twice, and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. Lastly, try to connect the earbuds to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them as it may have a compatibility issue.
