For you to connect your Endurance Peak II to your source device; remove the buds from their charging case, and put the buds on your ears for you to turn it on and it will be automatically in pairing mode. Turn on the Bluetooth on your source and connect the Bluetooth name of your JBL Headphone. After an hr or so my ear is irritated. The wrap part is smaller than the beats wrap around ear. Also i hear small static

I have small ears also their not that loud and they only had them in black. I still have them for back up but I use my beats.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Please try the other ear tip sizes included in the package to see which best fit your ears. A tight and nice seal makes a better volume level and sound quality.
