Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Were very nice when they worked but after only 3 months of rather light use the right unit has died and the light on the charging case isn't working… spent an hour trying figure it out. Too bad , they are nice but not there is some critical design flaw.. they actually have a sensor in the tip of the wing, when you stretch them tonput them in your ear is when they turn on and off… i i think that mighy be the failure point.

Posted .Thanks for reaching out. Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. If you have other charging cables, give them a try. (Be sure that the cable has the same type of connector as the original one that came with your product.). Try other electrical outlets at your location to be certain it is not a local wiring issue. Charge the product overnight for at least 8 hours. Check to see if there is dirt/dust on the charging port of the speaker. Check to see if there is damage/ bent pin/s on the charging port of the speaker. Sometimes wiggling the charging connection restores charging power. If none of these fixes the issue, please reach out to JBL Customer Support for assistance. https://bit.ly/3ApkjOh

Upon returning them, my husband told me to try these JBL earbuds. I'm so glad I did because they sound amazing. They have so many cool features for volume, mute and changing songs. I am pleased.

This was while it was just sitting in my ear turned on but not in use.
