She can work on her sewing in the other room and watch what ever she wants as loud as she wants and it doesn't travel thru the rest of the house.

Controls are unusable, it often does an action different than intended, i.e. when you try to pause, it starts google assist on your phone, etc. 2. Extremely poor sound quality, no discernible bass or treble.

When these were working they were great for the price. But now I'm in the market for new headphones. I was at least expecting these to last a year or more for running.

Posted .Thank you for providing your feedback on our JBL Endurance Peak II. We recommend doing a factory reset on your unit. To do this, place both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for a reset to work.) It is also necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support. We're here to help.

It is glitchy at times where it cuts in and out. Instructions are not clear how they turn on and off. Magnetics to keep them off are not strong enough to stay in place. Can use touchpad on sides to start, stop, adjust volume and skip.

You may also manually power it on by doing a single tap and holding the JBL logo on the left earbud for 5 seconds while out of the charging case. Sturdy and compact

Charging cord wasn't in box so we had to find a compatible one but otherwise, no complaints. Case is sturdy and compact.

Poor Fit & Connects to Accounts W/O Authorization

It was simultaneously overly tight/pinchy & annoyingly loose & floppy. On top of that, I was extremely irritated to find that the buds 100% unnecessarily linked to my Google Account without my authorization during Bluetooth pairing. I fully recognize that the buds can be used to access voice controls but that ought to be my decision to link to an account, simple Bluetooth pairing doesn’t need account linking. This is a disgusting intrusion by JBL, even if the fit wasn't an issue, I would be returning them on general principle of the matter.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit can prevent them from falling off. For your authorization issue when linking google account, some Android phones come with a Fast Pair feature that simplifies Bluetooth pairing for certain devices. It's possible that during pairing, the Fast Pair feature automatically linked your Google account to the JBL App Headphones App for features like Google Assistant access. If you wish to disable this feature, you may look for Google Fast Pair option in your phone's Bluetooth settings and disable it.
Too much work

Wanted for over back of ear snug 'sport' fit, but difficult to put on; very hard to pair with blue tooth and nearly impossible to charge equally. Returned the day after receiving. BTW- JBL said the only way to fix sound quality is to download their equalizer app! Disappointing
