Thanks for your feedback. This instance is sometimes caused by the quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to. You may check the music player app on your source device to see if Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. If you still find the bass insufficient, you can control the Equalizer through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the bass levels. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the bass, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement. Worst pair of headphones I’ve ever had, by far. I choose the standard corded iPhone headphones over these all day. Sound quality and level is way below average. The worst part is the buttons...I can’t adjust these headphones or touch them at all without accidentally touching a button and turning them off. Then, when I want to actually press a button, nothing happens. They turn on when I pick them up off the counter, then turn off when I grab them from the car, then I’ll randomly only get one back on when I get to the gym. 20 minutes later the other headphone in my pocket will magically turn on. I can never get them to turn off...I have to go in and manually disconnect them in Bluetooth settings. All the hassle would be worth it if they were decent headphones but again, sound quality is really subpar and that’s being kind.
