We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Peak II come with three sizes of silicone ear tips and two sizes of enhancer. You can try different sizes and see which one fits you best. You can also adjust the angle of the ear hook to find the best position for your ears. If you have already maximized the volume levels on both your source device and the earbuds itself and still find the loudness insufficient, please note that the EQ (equalizer) feature can be accessed through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the volume levels of specific frequencies in the audio signal. This feature allows you to personalize sound optimization to better meet your sound preferences. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the loudness, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement.

While the JBL Endurance Peak II doesn't have any built-in equalizer feature, you can enhance your music bass or sound settings by downloading a third-party equalizer or directly from the music application settings, such as Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, etc. As we're committed to improving our products, we'll also make sure to submit your feedback to the appropriate team for careful review.

We appreciate you letting us know. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue. First, check if the dropouts occur when the headphones and device are within 10 feet from each other and with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Next, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then perform a manual pairing. Also, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last is reset, while charging, press and hold the button on the right earbud for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
