    I used them twice and one of the earbuds would not turn on anymore. Definitely would not recommend

      Thanks for your feedback. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust.     just got them yesterday went to the gym kept going out not happy with them very disappointed in them also very uncomfortable to wear

    Was a bit disappointed with these headphones. I was expecting more from JBL but was let down with the sound quality. Eventually ended up returning them.

    JBL - Endurance Peak II True Wireless In-Ear

    Very poor sound quality. Hard to put on the ear. Hard to connect to my iPhone. Returned and went with Bose.

    They don’t work out of the box. Simple as that. Right headphone won’t pair to my phone, and as I looked it up online, it’s a common problem.

      Thanks for reaching out. If the Right earbud has become unpaired: First, un-pair the one earbud that likely is paired to your mobile and working. You must forget the Endurance Peak II in your BT menu. Triple press the Right earbud to trigger TWS pairing mode quickly before it can connect with the previously connected BT device. Now turn your BT back on your mobile device and power on both the Left and Right earbuds which should automatically go into pairing mode and pop up on your discoverable BT devices. Choose the Endurance Peak II and now both earbuds should be reconnected to your device.     Kept powering off during a conversation. No warning of low battery Went to return 4 employees/or friends standing around, very disorganized

    The positive - great connectivity with android and jbl app support but extremely uncomfortable. Couldnt wear longer than 10 minutes.

    The sound lacked depth i.e. bass. Battery life was limited. Found the buttons to be cumbersome perhaps my dexterity. Yet overall not a good fit for me.

    These worked well for about 2 weeks, then I went from stereo to mono when only the left bud worked. I couldn't figure out from the online or written materials how to correct the problem.

    Purchased it for workout. Based on the reason for Purchase ,it meets my requirements. Good "grip" on small ears,easy sound controls and skip options.As for sound quality, it mostly depends on the device that it is connected to. The good one is at adusting the sound frequencies on the sound source, the better the ear pieces respond.Based on this i give the device four stars.If the device incorporated a software for sound management,then i would have given the earpieces five stars.Overall i like the product and would recommend for someone to buy it.
