    Horrible headphones, one of them stopped working after less than a month of usuage. Opened December 25 and by Jan 13 the left one was not working. Worst part is I can’t even return this garbage since I bought it for Black Friday.

      Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Peak II earbuds should be automatically connected to each other once you remove both earbuds from the charging case. There could be a possibility that your left earbud is not charging. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Please contact our customer support for assistance. JBL

    Not glasses friendly

    If you wear glasses, I would not recommend purchasing these. It doesn’t feel comfortable.

    They made the inside of my ears sore. They were too tight.

    Cheap and Uncomfortable.

    Pinched my ears, and the tips that go into your ear are too oblong. Could not tolerate wearing them for more than 20-30 minutes. Decent sound and convenience, but don't expect to be able to comfortably wear them for long periods. I returned mine the same day.

    Earpieces were low and statically and the braces were stiff and uncomfortable.

    I bought this just over month and used not more than 8 times. guess what, it stops working! the left headphone does not work at all. return ends in a month. and for warranty you need to contact manufacture to replace it. and it takes too much of the process! Do yourself a favor by NOT purchasing this.

      Thanks for reaching out. If the Left earbud has become unpaired: First, un-pair the one earbud that likely is paired to your mobile and working. You must forget the Endurance Peak II in your BT menu. Triple press the Right earbud to trigger TWS pairing mode quickly before it can connect with the previously connected BT device. Now turn your BT back on your mobile device and power on both the Left and Right earbuds which should automatically go into pairing mode and pop up on your discoverable BT devices. Choose the Endurance Peak II and now both earbuds should be reconnected to your device. If you need more help, please reach out to us at https://support.jbl.com/us/en/ JBL

    These did not work well for me. I tried to use them off a phone call and after hanging up on a friend 6 times in a matter of minutes, put them back in the box.

      Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’re here to help. Make sure that both earbuds are fully charged before using them. Keep a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could interfere with the connection. Avoid concrete/brick walls that interrupt the signal. Open spaces like parks can also cause issues with Bluetooth signals. Perform a reset while the earbuds are charging, press and hold the button on the right earbud for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again.
