Not Recommended for Purchase.

Exchanged for a new pair and within three weeks the left one quit on me. The new pair did not toggle the music correctly either.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Peak II. Please do a manual pairing by taking out the earbuds from the charging case and pressing the touchpad control on both earbuds for 3 seconds. Reset the unit by placing both ear pods in the charging box while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for the reset to work.) It may also be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair them again. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Do not purchase

I finally decided to return them to Best Buy, but I was a day late. Now I'm stuck with shoddy equipment. Buyer be ware! Best Buy should not sell items that don't work. I'm so very frustrated!

Second time it’s broken

Frustrating to use.

You put them in and your ears force them out. Youre constantly pushing them in only to inadvertently change tracks etc.

Poor sound and fit.

Fit in ears is also poor. Contacted Best Buy and jbl but no one wants to help. Overall wouldn’t buy again or recommend.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. Source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. Please make sure that the correct audio input device is selected. Sometimes, the software defaults to using the device built-in microphone instead of the earbud's microphone. To wear the earphones comfortably, gently insert the earbuds into your ears, ensuring they fit snugly but not too tightly, and adjust the ear tips to find a comfortable position that creates a seal without causing pressure.
