    Just terrible. Not noise cancelling, kept falling off even with hook. They just suck

      Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Peak II doesn't have a noise-canceling feature. You might want to check our JBL Tune 230NC TWS, JBL Live Pro+ TWS, or JBL Club Pro+ TWS which has this feature. Also, to give you the best seal and secure fit, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.     I absolutely regret spending money on these. They do not stay in and they hurt my ears.

You may choose the right size for your ears so that they will stay in your ears and not fall out. If you need more help with the unit, please contact our customer support. JBL

    Had the headphones for less than 3 weeks and the right earbud will no longer connect and shows as a low energy bud.

    Right ear phone stopped working

    I’ve only had this for a month. The right head phone no longer works. I am one week outside of the return period.

    There was No sound in the right earbud after just a few uses and it was not charging fully even more than 24 hrs

We recommend cleaning the contact points on your earbuds and in the charging case because charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts.     I brought the first ones and I didn’t like it ,so I figured the new version would be better but the left ear is not working so I had to return it

    The fit was good. Lost both of them

    Bought these and they both fell out of my ear while wearing and I wasn’t even aware until I returned home. Now I don’t have any and I wasted my money.

Unless a different warranty period is stated in the Warranty Card provided with your JBL product, JBL warrants for a period of 1 year (5 years for any non-powered speakers) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser, that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from a JBL authorized reseller and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship. Our warranty policy doesn't cover lost/stolen products. JBL

    Great for the gym

    My husband loves these for the gym. Earbuds dont stay in his ear so he wanted some cheap ones like these and they work perfect. He prefers these over his Beats and his airpods.

    Unable to get true sound, hard to fit, touch operation difficult. I'm returning, should have returned it sooner, only used several times.

    They stop often without pushing PAUSE. They keep pausing a lot for no reason. Case hard to find clip for them The sound very bad quality I don'y recommend for sound

    Volume is not great, "low". After wearing item for over an hour looses it comfortability starts to hurt ears.

    JBL never fails, from speakers to small head sets. I have a pair of more expensive pair however they fall out of my ears when working out. Not these easy to set up and go.

      We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Endurance Peak II. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton cloth, makeup, or cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please make sure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the troubleshooting steps did not work, please contact our customer support. JBL

    One earbud stopped working after 3 months. Most likely from sweat, but claim they are for working out and waterproof.

    Workout headphones

    I bought these for working-out. The headphones fit great, don’t move much. They never feel like they are going to fallout, but if you lay on a bench and are pushing weight the seal in your ear becomes loose and the loose some volume. Once you sit up or stop straining the seal is there. They do sound great with clean highs and deep bass. I think they could have done better on some things though. The case is cheap and flimsy, these are workout headphones and there is no talk through feature, and I just wish it had a little more volume. I did like the headphones just wish it had a few more features.

    Awesome sound for these JBL earbuds, They stay on my ears while working outside. And while just using just one earbud either side will connect via Bluetooth.
