    Good buy not great the sound quality did not out perform AirPods or beats but not bad for the price

    On sale for $80. I should’ve kept my money. Don’t buy these. Worse than the Plantronics that I only paid $50 for.

    Like the new features, lightweight, finishing touches. Could use some improvement on volume/sound but overall great! Love both sets when on phone calls.

    Not very good sound and barely brushing the earpieces will advance tracks, skip chapters, etc. I would not recommend.

    Extremely easy set up. works great. love the case and ability to use one earbud (mono). Can't wait to use them on an upcoming cruise and at the gym

    Not so great sound and its not clear on what app or if the app is workibg to connect the device to full potential

      Our JBL Endurance Peak II shouldn't have any issues when used with third-party communications apps like Skype, Zoo, WhatsApp, MS Teams.     One side is working after I bought them in 3 days I didn’t have time to return

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You may try to reconnect the L and R earbuds by tapping the touch control thrice. This will reconnect both earbuds. You may also want to check the contact points of both the earbuds and the case and make sure that there is no dirt or debris blocking the contact points.     The headphones cut off for no reason when your talking and won’t reset unless you put them back in the charging case.

    The earbuds to hard and big for my ears I'm on my way to return them doesn't work with small ears.
