They even dealt with phone calls better than my Jabara Bluetooth earbud. HOWEVER when they disconnect after 20 minutes they are useless. Which is a great disappointment. I tried 3 different pairs with the same results. Returned and bought some Jlabs.

Tap both left and right earbuds 3 times simultaneously, it should pair together. Terrible Sound Quality

They are most definitely not. I can barely hear sound at full volume and forget about wearing them when working out - they are useless. Beats are triple the price but hands down a much better purchase.

Try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume, as low as possible. If the battery lasts close to the published playtime, the battery is working fine. To switch the earbuds to pairing mode, take off the earbuds from the charging case and pull their power hook to turn them on. Once the earbud powers on, a blue light on the earbud will flash. Next, enable your device's Bluetooth and look for "JBL Endurance Peak II" under the list of available devices, then tap it once it appears to pair and connect.
