The case is way to slippery I've dropped it once and almost a second time. I'm still learning the buttons, they are somewhat complicated but, I have large hands so that could be the issue. Overall I'd recommend.

I was having trouble with my other more expensive ear phones so i looked for a model I could trust and JBL was exactly that. Sound is awesome and easy to control. I wish I bought these before the others I spent big $$ on.

The price for the product you’re getting is really fair. They’re loud and last forever without having to charge them. Great product. Way to go JBL!

After a few weeks, my left ear had trouble charging and the right one had trouble connecting to bluetooth. If you aren't getting the protection, you are setting yourself up for hours of frustration

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. We're here to help. With TWS earbuds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. For the Bluetooth connectivity issue, ensure that you have not connected your JBL Endurance Peak II to another source device, you need to forget your JBL Endurance Peak II from that second device. This will enable your preferred primary device to automatically connect to the product. If you need more assistance, please contact customer support.

I was particularly searching headphone for jugging, gym and workout. It looks great and It does not fall while running or lifting. Battery life could be better but it’s sufficient for me. Overall I highly recommend it.

They showed illustrations but I thought a little confusing. It was hurting my ear so I went to BB and talked to Levy and he showed me how to change the ear pads. After that they no longer hurt and I am happy. I did figure out myself how to adjust the volume and skip. But overall i like it a lot.

There is no app. To aids in pairing or to help with other functions. Note i understand why it was much cheaper than the rest. When u finally get it paired sounds good.

The sound quality is great, the mic is also great and everyone has been able to hear me. I love that I only have to have 1 on my ear to listen to music or make a call instead of having to wear both of them to due this simple function.
