Perfect for gym

After a few weeks, my left ear had trouble charging and the right one had trouble connecting to bluetooth. If you aren't getting the protection, you are setting yourself up for hours of frustration

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. We're here to help. With TWS earbuds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. For the Bluetooth connectivity issue, ensure that you have not connected your JBL Endurance Peak II to another source device, you need to forget your JBL Endurance Peak II from that second device. This will enable your preferred primary device to automatically connect to the product. If you need more assistance, please contact customer support.

We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol as these pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
Not worth it

It will some times pair with android devices or Fire devices but only one earbud will pair never both. When pairing it keeps asking for a code but the earbuds have no code, yes I have tried all the usual ones. I have spent hours trying to get them to work. I find them to be difficult to pair, they don't work with all devices, and I have yet to hear the sound from both earbuds so I can't judge it's sound quality. At this point they are just an expensive paper weight. I would not recommend. There are other options just as good. This is not a negative review on JBL, just this specific product. I have other JBL products that are fantastic.

If you are having trouble pairing your earbuds or if your device is asking for a PIN, please make sure you are connecting to the headphone's product name that excludes 'LE' (Ex. JBL Endurance Peak II). The 'LE' connection is only intended for the voice assistant feature compatible with your headphones. If the voice assistant feature has not yet been configured, the 'LE' connection appears as an available connection but cannot be used for Bluetooth audio.
Better than Bose sound sport and cheaper

The are easy to take along with you anyplace. They stay in place, I like the case they charge in and there are no wires to mess with. Working outside is much nicer with some music.

Really love these earbuds.

To prevent the likelihood of this issue, it is helpful to clean the charging contact of the earbuds periodically, as foreign matters can likely cause this issue. You can use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds and charging case, then use a cotton cloth to remove any residue. Please ensure the earbuds are seated properly inside the case, while a solid red light should be active, which indicates that they're charging. Wouldn't be much of a problem but I don't like taking 5-10 minutes each time to figure why it's not working.

I took this as a work out headphones they are great , I was touching them accidentally while working out to adjust their positions but it stops playing or change songs in that event .
