He enjoys them, says the sound is great and loves the swipe feature. They’re still brand new, so I’ll try to edit or add to the review if anything stands out positively or negatively.

It will some times pair with android devices or Fire devices but only one earbud will pair never both. When pairing it keeps asking for a code but the earbuds have no code, yes I have tried all the usual ones. I have spent hours trying to get them to work. I find them to be difficult to pair, they don't work with all devices, and I have yet to hear the sound from both earbuds so I can't judge it's sound quality. At this point they are just an expensive paper weight. I would not recommend. There are other options just as good. This is not a negative review on JBL, just this specific product. I have other JBL products that are fantastic.

If you are having trouble pairing your earbuds or if your device is asking for a PIN, please make sure you are connecting to the headphone's product name that excludes 'LE' (Ex. JBL Endurance Peak II). The 'LE' connection is only intended for the voice assistant feature compatible with your headphones. If the voice assistant feature has not yet been configured, the 'LE' connection appears as an available connection but cannot be used for Bluetooth audio.

We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol as these pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

These headphones are a dying breed in todays airpod craze. These headphones stay on your ear no matter what activity you're doing. Pairing is simple and you can have them linked to an email account for faster pairing. Carrying case is the ideal size and does not bulge out too far in pocket. Only thing i dislkied about purchase was the shipping; 2 days turned into weeks. I get with the ongoing covid events blah blah blah, get these in store they are great; avoid shipping to home.

To prevent the likelihood of this issue, it is helpful to clean the charging contact of the earbuds periodically, as foreign matters can likely cause this issue. You can use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds and charging case, then use a cotton cloth to remove any residue. Please ensure the earbuds are seated properly inside the case, while a solid red light should be active, which indicates that they're charging. If you need more help, please reach out to our customer support for further assistance.

It took a 40 minute call to JBL, a 30 minute call to the Geek Squad and a trip to Best Buy to see the Geek Squad to get the earbuds set up.
