    Durable earbuds, the batteries last a long time, quality sound. The only issue is that the volume doesnt go that loud.

    Stinks as a two way sound device

    You can hear the music fine to listen to audio or watch a movie from the device but when using it for a phone call, the other person frequently tells me they cannot hear me at all, even though I am almost screaming at them, so do not count on it for interactions with others.

      We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We're sorry to hear that our JBL Endurance Peak II didn't meet your expectations. Please try doing a factory reset. First, remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices. Place both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores to factory defaults. If you need more help with your unit, please reach out to our customer support service via our official website or toll-free hotline. JBL

    Bought for my sister as a bday present. They are great quality, and excellent sound. Personally, I like the apple AirPods better, but she loves these.

    [Employee of bestbuy] I didnt not like the way these fit in my ears. After 30 minutes of working out i experienced discomfort. I tried different tips and same issue.

    This style fits my ear much better and comfortable but the bluetooth connection with my phone keeps dropping off constantly. This is my second one, I will return it for something else.

      We appreciate your feedback. Bluetooth typically performs well within a 30-foot range, but walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. If you experience dropouts within 10 feet, there may be interference. To resolve the issue with your JBL Endurance Peak II, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the earbuds on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset, while charging, press and hold the button on the right earbud for more than 5 seconds. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. Lastly, try to connect the speaker to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them with. If the issue persists, reset your headphones by holding "Volume +" and "Volume -" for 5 seconds.
