    I bought this about a year ago mainly for Bluetooth calling. Audio is fantastic, however these do disconnect after a certain amount of time and it isnt due to battery life. Beats are better product but those can be a pair to pair at times.

      Thanks for your feedback. Always have a clear line of sight between your headphones and source device (Smartphone/tablet/PC, etc.). Be aware of obstacles in front of your devices. Try to shutdown products that have Bluetooth, but are not being used. They are often the reason for interference even though they are not being used. Do not stand too close to your Wi-Fi router since a Wi-Fi signal is stronger and in many cases will "overlap" the connection. Be aware of walls around you. Concrete and brick walls will often interrupt the signal, as it cannot pass through such thick walls. Bluetooth signals cannot travel through water, which includes the human body. Make sure with Wireless Headphones to keep your Source device and the receiver on the same side of your body. Open spaces such as parks can cause issues for your devices, as open air is "bad" for any Bluetooth signal if it cannot reflect from objects around you.     I bought a Chromebook, two pairs of wireless headphones for my daughter who is starting middle school, and what I liked was the fact that the devices come with free anti-virus for 6 months, Sirius XM for 4 months and YouTube premium for 3 months, and it was a great opportunity for my daughter who is online all the time for her research and other things... what was my disappointment at home when I wanted to install all this... nothing works, for some, I am asked for my banking information and I will not be charged, for others it tells me that the offer is no longer valid or available, that doesn't sound serious because it's true my daughter needs a laptop for his studies but I didn't want to stress about anti virus and others, for me the package was perfect, but I am very disappointed, don't put a promotion so that people can buy an item, it doesn't look professional, I I called customer service, nothing! He asked me to call YouTube. I asked him if it was with YouTube that I made any kind of deal? even at the best buy store, I was... he sent me to customer service again, for the first time I am extremely disappointed, and this wireless in ear work just one side

    Good sound quality but poor Bluetooth

    Sound quality was good but the Bluetooth was shoddy, always dropping and at times wouldn’t reconnect. Would not recommend.

      We appreciate your feedback. Bluetooth typically performs well within a 30-foot range, but walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. If you experience dropouts within 10 feet, there may be interference. To resolve the issue with your JBL Endurance Peak II, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the earbuds on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset your unit, first make sure that the case is not charging, tap the right earbud twice, and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. Lastly, try to connect the earbuds to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them as it may have a compatibility issue.
