    The headphones are awesome and i got have had no issues . They were fast and efficient on getting them delivered to me fast .

    This product is good! I think, the only problem I have it is the volume issue. The high volume is not enough to heard clearly especially when you are driving.

    Not only do I use my JBL's to escape, I use them to produce my podcast. Because of the voice function, they are also my wireless microphone.

    Easy to use and keep on your ears for a disabled person. Bought it for my mom and haven't heard any coplaints yet. I can here her well nd vice versa.

    These are a good fit but that’s it. The sound is low and the touch control is too sensitive. It hangs up and pauses too easily.

    I didnt like them too bulky for my ears. But might be ok for others. The sound was good and liked the case. Very good quality.

    They were great at first but then they weren’t.the right side would turn on with the left but it wouldn’t connect to my phone.

    Stopped working after 2 months. Tried to exchange them and was told we couldn’t, even with the receipt.

    My ear are not big enough for the headphones. The grip is not good, because is not flexible.

    So me buying and using the product great. Until 3 weeks after purchasing, the right earbud disconnected and no longer works. This seems to be a trend with other people. Also the site to try and put in a claim is not helpful

      We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Peak II. The ideal Bluetooth range is 5 meters to 10 meters. Going more than that may lead to audio dropouts or disconnections. It has a maximum Bluetooth range of 10–15 meters, with no large objects blocking the line of sight. A distance farther than that would pose a risk of signal deterioration. Reset the unit by placing both ear pods in the charging box while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for the reset to work.) It may also be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair them again. If you need more help, please contact our customer support. JBL

    Finally - ear buds that work!

    Got these for my 14-year old son who's had problems with every other pair of earbuds he's owned. He says these are the best by far, loves the sound, loves how long they last, and really loves the comfort. Very happy!

    Seems like a nice product. After wearing for over 1 hour the ear hook started to hurt. The headphones died without notice. Would be nice to have a way to check the battery life.
