    Over the ear, but barely can hear

    This over the ear earphone is uncomfortable to wear over the ear. It falls off and also sits awkwardly. The quality of the sound is average. It had more treble than bass and shine static. I found it difficult to pair it to my device and had to try it a few times to connect.

    A few months in and doesn't stay charged

    I bought a pair and after a few months from using at the gym the right side wouldn't stay charged. So I returned them thinking they were defective. Got a second pair, and now there doing the same thing around the same amount of time using them, the right side won't stay charged after a few months

      Thanks for your feedback. To charge both buds of your JBL Endurance Peak II make sure that they securely fit to their charging case. You can also clean the charging post and contact point of the bud if there is a speck of dirt same as well inside the charging case.     Return it just didn’t do it for me,now enough volume,the noise canceling was awful you get what you pay for,wasn’t for me.

    Great headphones for those who don’t care for in ear headphones due to them not fitting snug. This is my second pair and will recommend them and any JBL product to anyone.

    My wife loves them, and so do I. She can work on her sewing in the other room and watch what ever she wants as loud as she wants and it doesn't travel thru the rest of the house.

    The only issue I have with this is that it is hard to put over the ear. Other than that it has good quality and sound

    Husband has minor hearing issues and has had zero complaints about being able to hear from these. Charging cord wasn't in box so we had to find a compatible one but otherwise, no complaints. Case is sturdy and compact.

    Had issues with headphones staying in my ears well, but these seem to be sturdy. I travel for work and these work well on flights as they are compact and easy to pack.

    Surprisingly bad tinny sound (wa-a-ay too much treble). Wanted for over back of ear snug 'sport' fit, but difficult to put on; very hard to pair with blue tooth and nearly impossible to charge equally. Returned the day after receiving. BTW- JBL said the only way to fix sound quality is to download their equalizer app! Disappointing

    1. Controls are unusable, it often does an action different than intended, i.e. when you try to pause, it starts google assist on your phone, etc. 2. Extremely poor sound quality, no discernible bass or treble.

    The convey use of heavily superior ear parts, good for listening to the music, answering the phone
