Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We hear you. To resolve this audio issue with your JBL Endurance Peak II, try these steps to see if it will isolate the problem. You may try to use a different source device and application if the issue still occurs. You can also do a reset. While charging, press and hold the button on the right earbud for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support at (800) 336-4525 / Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (ET) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET).

Sometimes it can charge one side and the other won't charge. Even cleaning the contacts (which apparently are 100% clean), it's not good quality. I had to order another one under warranty, but I ordered the Endurance Peak 3, because this one is not worth it at all!

For our JBL Endurance peak II, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

Please note that our JBL Endurance Peak II has an auto-shut-off feature that disconnects the device after 10-15 minutes when not in use. This is mainly to save battery power and cannot be disabled. You will need to keep on playing music on your source device if you don't want it to shut off. If you have any questions or concerns about your device, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Please try to use an equalizer application on your phone to adjust the audio of the headphones to your preference. Here's how to reset your Endurance Peak II: Place both ear pods in the charging box while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores the factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for the reset to work.) It may also be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair them again. We're always looking for ways to improve. We'll make sure to submit your feedback regarding the sound quality of our Endurance Peak II to the appropriate department.
