Battery life sucked, sound was not what I would consider True JBL quality. Returned them and went with the AirPod Pros. 100% better!!!

I guess it's to be expected when manufacturing is outsourced to lowest bidder. Left earpiece drops in to the charging case and starts charging fine. Right earpiece, as was reported by at least one other review here, does not. Literally need to wiggle it around for it to start charging quite a bit. Completely unacceptable and really kind of ridiculous. How difficult is it to design and manufacture a couple decent contact connectors for charging?

Hurt my ear

The sound quality is decent. Everything else works fine. I love the touch functionality but at times, it's too sensitive.

But the phone call quality is not that much good. This is not good for long usage. After using this for 30 min my ear stat paining.
