The biggest issue is that when trying to tap to pause the sound, I'd sometimes get a double-tap, which skips to the next track. This is not a big deal when listening to music, but when I'm in the middle of an hour-long podcast it's a HUGE deal! I only kept them a few days and took them back for an exchange for the Endurance Peak II, which puts the pause control on the right bud and the track skip on the left. Much better IMO.

Hands down the worst BT earbud experience ever

I use uncompressed audio files rather than MP3 and there is a definite lack of detail across the mid range. Usability Everyone i spoke with on the phone complained of poor audio quality from me; lack of detail in voice to the extent it was difficult to recognize my voice and the other HUGE complaint was back ground noise always louder than my earset. Basically if not in a theater quite room they were unusable. I could not just wear and use it. If not actively listening to music or talking on the phone they would go to sleep. Phone call coming in did NOT wake them up. Had to take them out, turn off and turn on and reconnect to use them on a phone call every time I wanted to use them. Battery life was horrible compared to other BT headsets I have used. "when" I was able to fiddle with the charging case and get both halves charged up the most I ever got was 3.5 - 4 hours of use. Literally could not even get the yard mowed before the batteries were dead. Definitely would not recommend or purchase again.

Garbage

Charging is the worst thing ever, wouldn't even charge for the first 3 days then I would have to sit them just perfect to get them to charge. Barely had them a month and now the right ear bud.....the only important one won't charge so now they found a new good home in the trash. Will never buy a jbl headphone again.

The sound quality is a lot more on the alto side, so expect little to no bass. The sound is also more open like hearing music from a far and crisp. The build quality of the headphones are great, but upon opening the charger case the lid feels flimsy and like cheap plastic ready to fall off. Thankfully I bought them on special but these headphones are not worth the $120 price tag. Definitely recommend getting them while there on special or sale Also there is a JBL app but not compatible with these headphones as of July 2020
