Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The right side of my headphone stopped taking a charge and luckily it was still under warranty and JBL sent a replacement around April 2020. It's Nov 2020 and my replacement is acting up. This time it's the charging case, it does not want to charge my right ear piece unless I wiggle it just right. JBL will not replace the defect item that they sent me and it's only been 7 months instead was given a coupon. Very disappointed with this JBL ear phone. And the sad part is I rarely used these earphones, the orig or jew ones.

The right one works great, but the left one turns off 30 seconds after removing it from the charging box.
